Mandates

Overview

Prior to collecting any Direct Debit payments, securing a mandate from your customer is essential. This mandate, also referred to as an instruction, provides the necessary authorisation to collect payments directly from a bank account via BACS.

Currently, Acquired does not offer a user interface for collecting the necessary customer details for this mandate. Instead, you'll need to gather these details on your end and subsequently transmit them to Acquired using our API.
