Managing Transactions

Overview

All of your transactions are logged in a centralised location within the Hub, giving you a one-stop understanding of your transactions.

Viewing transactions

Transactions are viewed by accessing the transactions table. By default, the most recently created transactions will be displayed at the top of the list. From the transactions table you can view general details, such as, the associated MID, transaction_id, amount etc. To view more detail on a transaction click into the record.

To filter by a specific transaction, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Transactions.
  2. Use the filters to locate the required transaction, we recommend filtering by Transaction ID (to view more filter options click on Show Advanced Filter).
  3. Click into the transaction by either clicking in the ID column, or by clicking on the ellipsis in the Action menu and selecting View Details.

Understanding your transactions

You can easily locate the relevant information for any transaction, by clicking into the transaction record to view the detail.

As a merchant viewing the transaction detail, you will be able to view the status and reason which will inform you of the outcome of the payment request. The transaction_type will also be displayed and the correlating issuer response code.
