When Acquired.com creates your test account you will receive an activation email with your log-in credentials.
- Follow the link in your activation email to the QA Hub.
- Enter your username (this will usually be your email).
- Set your password and login.
Each time you log in after the initial setup, you will be required to enter your password and sometimes you will be required to use 2FA (view our guide on 2FA here).
Follow the same process when setting your credentials for the Production environment.
If you have forgotten your password follow these steps:
- Click on Forgot?
- Enter the email address that you use to login.
- Acquired.com will then send a reset link to your email address. (If you do not receive the email, please contact [email protected].)
- Click on the link and enter your new password.
When your account gets locked, you need to contact us. Send us a message via email to [email protected] or call us on 0203 982 6580 and we will unlock your account.
