Financial Reporting

Overview

In this guide we will give a detailed analysis of both the Reconciliation and Settlement report. These reports can be accessed from the Financials menu within the Hub.

Reconciliation report

Overview

The Acquired.com Reconciliation Report is a powerful tool used to pinpoint each transaction, the amount you were charged by the card schemes (i.e. Visa and MasterCard) and the fees paid to your acquiring partner. View the gross amount you processed, the commissions and fees that are deducted and the net amount you collect for each transaction.

Use the filters to define what data is returned within your report. When selecting your date range, you can use the toggle to determine whether the report is exported in a combined or daily view. Once you have confirmed your data, run the report by clicking on the Export icon in the Action column.

Settlement report

Overview

The settlement report is a summarised version of the reconciliation report. We provide a clear, easy-to-read summary of the payments you have received along with all the possible clearing types affecting your end of day settlement.

View an opening balance, the revenue collected from sales, any refunds that were processed via your account, all disputes and related fees and lastly, any miscellaneous activities.

The report provides a quick snap-shot allowing for quick reconciliation to take place. However, you will still need to track the payments you receive into your bank account ensuring that all transactions processed match what you receive.
