Auto-retry based on subscription type

We have added the ability to configure auto-retry logic based on subscription type of the transaction.

Adding fields to GET transactions endpoint

‘Issuer Bank Response’ has been added as a parameter to the GET transaction endpoint.

Barclaycard Refund time limit

The time limit for processing Barclaycard Refunds has been increased to seven years (2555 days).


Bug fixes

  1. Mastercard Send transactions in Reconciliation Reports

We have resolved an issue whereby Mastercard Send transactions were not included in Reconciliation Reports.

  1. ‘Edit Company’ form in the Hub

A small fix has been made to the Edit Company form in the Hub, whereby some users were not able to 'cancel' and leave the form.

  1. Displaying original Direct Debit transaction in Hub ‘Collection Attempts’

A display issue has been resolved which meant the original Direct Debit transaction was not displayed in the Collection Attempts section of subsequent transactions in the Hub.

  1. Timeout error when querying Direct Debit transaction

Intermittent timeout errors when querying a Direct Debit transaction has been resolved.

  1. 404 HTTP Status Code error when retrying Direct Debit transaction

An issue with retrying Direct Debit transactions has been resolved, for users who received a '404 HTTP Status Code' error in response.

  1. Components front end response to redirect URL for Returning customer transaction

We have resolved an issue related to the delivery of a front end response to the redirect URL for Returning customer transactions processed by Components.

  1. Refunding transactions processed by Network Token for Trust Payments

We have worked with Trust Payments to resolve an issue with how refunds for transactions processed using a network token were being handled.
