Enhanced Merchant Insights & Dashboard Experience
For merchants using the Rest API, the Hub Dashboard now presents combined processing data across all payment methods, including Card, Pay by Bank, Direct Debit, and VRPs.
You will now see unified transaction metrics, including total transactions, success and decline counts, success and decline rates, and transaction amounts (sales, refunds, and net totals).
This ensures a single, consistent view of all processing activity within the Hub Dashboard, regardless of payment method.
Hosted Checkout and Components Updates
Apple Pay / Google Pay updates
The system now ignores Apple Pay and Google Pay card sources in Checkout/Components requests, preventing unnecessary validation errors and making the payment flow smoother.
Pay by Bank configuration
Added a “Button Display Style” config for Pay by Bank, letting merchants choose between a simple or expanded button with benefit highlights.
Customers Page Updates
Added a Card ID filter to the Customers page, making it easier to find customers by their card details.
dispute_new
Webhook Updates
dispute_new
Webhook UpdatesAdded extra fields (reason code and description) to the dispute_new
webhook, so merchants get more context when a dispute is raised.
Mastercard Chargeback Reason Codes
Updated logic for Mastercard chargeback reason code 4855, allowing disputes to be defended up to 540 days after the transaction date.
Chargeback Updates
Fixed an issue where chargebacks were marked as “Recovered” too early after a refund, ensuring merchants can still defend disputes even if a refund was processed.
